(Next Day, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select) TERMS: COD - Certified Check, Visa or MasterCard. You may prepay with a business or personal check, however there will be a 5-day check clearance delay prior to shipping your order. Dealers and OEMs may apply for NET 30 status. RETURNS: No returned items accepted for credit or exchange without written authorization. Freight must be prepaid and copy of invoice included. All returns subject to 15% handling charge - more if damaged or incomplete. SPECIAL ORDERS: 25% deposit required on all special orders. No returns or refunds on special orders. CLAIMS: All claims for incorrect or incomplete shipments must be made within 24 hours of receipt of shipment for adjustment consideration. Claims for damage must be made directly with carrier. Do not return damaged goods. DEALER/OEM: Dealer and OEM inquiries are welcome. WARRANTY: All Gaffrig products carry a one-year warranty for repair or replacement. All Gaffrig products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship at time of delivery. Gaffrig will in no way be liable for more than cost of original product and in no event will Gaffrig be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever. Users/Customers of Gaffrig products agree not to hold Gaffrig responsible for any damages occurred by improper installation or use of any Gaffrig products.
